Browse & Grass Growers Cooperative implements this project in Mali with the objective of increasing Malian farmers’ profits through training and implementation of sustainable, small ruminant production and marketing practices. The program beneficiaries are cooperative members and their families including youth, single and widowed women, individuals with disabilities, students attending agricultural schools, food entrepreneurs and purveyors. Volunteers will provide technical skills and assistance to accomplish these objectives by implementing preventative health care, nutrition training, specialized marketing training, and youth training on grazing, supplemental feeding and health surveillance.
