PANEL: Project Sustainability through Enterprise Development

Engaging the private sector in development projects is, in many cases, critical to sustainability and impact. But successfully engaging the private sector is often challenging. It requires compromise and careful alignment of activities to ensure there is enough potential for long-term profit. At VEGA’s Quarterly Program Meeting on June 22, 2017, Director of Programs Coy Isaacs led a panel discussion to explore examples where projects successfully developed new enterprises that supported the sustainability of program objectives and drove local economic growth.
