Trust Pharmacy (TP) was founded in 2014 as a branch of Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance (VEGA) with a purpose to provide easy access to essential drugs and medical services for people in different countries around the globe through the international programs of VEGA developed under the shield of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
The main reason for creating TP Chain was providing cost-saving solutions for non-profit and volunteer organizations that mostly help people in countries with lower standards of living than in countries with developed economies.
In 2016, Trust Pharmacy disengaged from VEGA and started working independently in various capacities: as an online store for individuals, wholesale medical supplier for health providers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zeland, and a few EU countries, and a partner for non-profit initiatives and foundations.
- Trust Pharmacy, LLC operates a retail chain with more than 150 stores in the U.S. states of Florida and New York and distributes medications, supplements, equipment, and medical products for hospitals, clinics, and health providers in 18 states.
- Trust Pharmacy International runs an online pharmacy service delivering drugs worldwide. Being a low-margin business, Trust online pharmacy declares its mission to sustain a healthy living, optimize medication use, and make affordable medications available for people around the World.
- Trust Pharmacy Inc. is involved in charity and volunteer programs that aim to give those in need quality medications at affordable prices, which is possible with the help of philanthropic and community organizations and private donations.
The team of Trust Pharmacy includes more than 1,500 professionals devoted to improving people’s health, promoting reasonable use of medications, finding cost-effective solutions, and developing seamless procedures that help deliver quality and cheap drugs to your door.
We believe that being a pharmaceutical company, first of all, means to focus on patient needs and care about their health, wellbeing, and prosperity, and, only then, to make a profit. Serving people is the first priority of Trust Pharmacy that drives our mission.
In 2018, we helped more than 5 million people in 78 countries to get low-cost medications. We took part in 56 non-profit programs in 34 countries, and about 585,000 people received free essential drugs, including lifesaving medication. Our partners are Medicare, Peterson Center on Healthcare, Chronic Disease Fund, Health Foundation of South Florida, and others. Currently, Trust Pharmacy serves 47 hospitals in the USA and has contracts with 14 health providers, but our ambitious plan is to increase the number by 10% to 2021.
